Production Team 2010

Stephenville Theatre Festival is a fully professional regional summer theatre that operates in the beautiful Bay St George area in Western Newfoundland. From June through August we are resident in the Stephenville Arts and Culture Centre, which has a 400+ seat mainstage house and a lovely 150 seat second stage. The season runs July/August with 6 – 8 productions and offers contracts of varying lengths.
STF has high production standards, and operates with a co-operative team atmosphere and supports standard labour practices. Currently, we are accepting resumes for the following Tech Positions:

1. Technical Director (May – Aug)
2. Production Manager (June - Aug)
3. Lighting Designer
4. Sound Technician (June - Aug)
5. Sound/Lights P.A. (June - Aug)
6. Head of Props/Painter (June – July)
7. Wardrobe/Props P.A. (June – Aug)
8. Head Carpenter (June  to July 15)
9. Assistant Carpenter (June – July 15)
10. Seasonal ASM /P.A. (May 4 to Sept 5) 

• Salary will be negotiated according to experience.
• Candidates for Technical Director/Production Manager must have at least 2 years training at an accredited school as well as 3 years on the job experience.
• Candidates for Lights & Sound positions must have at least 3 years on the job experience in fields of expertise.
• P.A. Candidates must have at least two years training at an accredited school.
